Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY — MR53
======================

Shipping of orders placed on https://minoronzoni1953.it/ is handled by Minoronzoni S.r.l., Via Enrico Fermi 4 — 24036 Ponte San Pietro (BG), Italy, which ships from its own warehouse.

This policy supplements the General Terms of Sale, which apply to anything not expressly covered here.

1. COUNTRIES SERVED
===================

1.1 We ship to Italy and to all Member States of the European Union. Please contact Customer Service about any shipments outside these territories.

1.2 Deliveries to post office boxes, poste restante or unattended pick-up points are not possible.

2. SHIPPING COSTS
=================

2.1 Shipping costs, including VAT, are shown clearly before the Order is concluded, on the cart summary page, and are stated in the order confirmation. They vary according to the destination.

2.2 Any promotions on shipping costs — for example free shipping above a spending threshold — are announced on the Site and applied automatically to the cart when the conditions are met.

2.3 As these are deliveries within the European Union, no import duties or customs charges are payable: the amount shown at checkout is final.

3. PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
================================

3.1 Orders are processed on working days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received after 13.00 or on a non-working day are processed on the next working day.

3.2 Indicative delivery times, calculated from acceptance of the Order and including warehouse processing, are:

  • Italy: 1-3 working days
  • Other European Union Member States: 3-5 working days

3.3 The times indicated are estimates and may vary for reasons not attributable to Minoronzoni, such as strikes, adverse weather, local holidays or carrier peaks. In any case, pursuant to Article 61 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, delivery takes place no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract; if that period and a further appropriate additional period granted by the Customer expire without delivery, the Customer is entitled to terminate the contract and obtain a full refund without delay.

3.4 During sales, Black Friday, promotions and holidays, processing and delivery times may be longer; any changes are announced on the Site.

4. CARRIER AND TRACKING
=======================

4.1 Shipments are entrusted to the express couriers DHL or TWS.

4.2 When the shipment is collected, the Customer receives at the e-mail address given in the Order a message with the tracking code, which allows the delivery to be followed.

4.3 The carrier delivers on working days, during office hours. If the recipient is absent, the carrier leaves a delivery notice and makes up to 2 further delivery attempts; once these are exhausted, the shipment is held in storage.

4.4 We recommend giving an address where the parcel can always be received. For deliveries to an office or a porter's lodge, it is advisable to also give the name of the contact person in the Order.

5. DELIVERY ADDRESS AND UNCOLLECTED PARCELS
===========================================

5.1 The Customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the delivery details entered in the Order. Any redelivery costs arising from an incomplete or incorrect address, refusal of the shipment or failure to collect it from storage are borne by the Customer.

5.2 Requests to change the delivery address can be accepted only if received before the carrier collects the shipment. Once the order has been handed to the courier, the address can no longer be changed.

5.3 After the storage period set by the carrier, uncollected goods are returned to the sender. In that case Minoronzoni refunds the price of the products, withholding the shipping and redelivery costs actually incurred, unless the failure to collect was due to a cause not attributable to the Customer.

6. RECEIVING THE GOODS
======================

6.1 On delivery the Customer is asked to check that the number of parcels matches the transport document and that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials.

6.2 In case of anomalies, it is advisable to accept the goods with reservation, writing a specific note on the delivery document, and to report it to customer service as soon as possible. Failure to write the reservation does not in any way affect the rights granted to the Consumer by the legal guarantee of conformity and by the General Terms of Sale.

6.3 If the parcel is damaged or items are missing, please contact customer service stating the items concerned and attaching some photographs of the parcel received and of the packaging: they are needed for checks with the carrier.

6.4 If the shipment has not been delivered and the tracking shows an anomaly, the Customer can contact the courier directly; where Minoronzoni needs to intervene as sender, please report it to customer service within 14 days of the shipping date, which is the period within which the carrier accepts investigation requests.

6.5 The risk of loss of or damage to the products, for reasons not attributable to the Seller, passes to the Customer when the Customer, or a third party indicated by the Customer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods, pursuant to Article 63 of Legislative Decree 206/2005. Until then, the transport risk remains with Minoronzoni.

7. RETURNS
==========

7.1 The procedures and costs for returning products, when exercising the right of withdrawal or in the event of a lack of conformity, are governed by the General Terms of Sale and by the returns policy.
